- BEGINNER TO ADVANCED PARTICIPATION
Group Cycle class schedule is designed to introduce participation to new cycle participants as well as challenge the more advanced cycle athlete. Check in- studio or online and reserve your spot. No-one is ever left behind and every cycle is done at your pace so you can either compete against the group or just improve cycling your own race.
- WHAT TO BRING
Yourself! Oh, don’t forget your sweat towel and if you do, don’t worry you can rent a laundered one in-studio.
- WHAT TO WEAR
It is advisable to be in the corrective cycling gear for your comfort. To maximize your workout, proper shoes are a must – they engage the muscles of the lower body, let you pedal more efficiently, and keep you stable while doing any out-of-the-saddle work. Skip the loose yoga pants in favour of cycle compressions longs or shorts – select a pair with some extra crotch padding, and a basic tank/singlet is sure to keep your upper body covered during the class.
- COME PREPARED
Hydration is key – bring along water or purchase a bottle or two at the studio.
Your first class is complimentary! You will however need to book, which you can do online or by calling in. Further class passes can be purchased in studio or online.

- WHAT IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY
Before each class the instructor will ask if anyone has any injuries or if you like, make us aware beforehand. Your session will be customized accordingly to ensure maximum benefit without any physical strain, should your injury be too severe to partake in a class, the instructor will make you aware and refer you accordingly so we can ensure you are taken care of.
