- COME PREPARED
Hydration is key. Remember to drink lots of water prior to and after your session.
- ARRIVE EARLY
We encourage our new clients to arrive 15 minutes before sessions. We want to help you settle in and show you around before you begin your session.
- WHAT TO BRING
You’ll need a sweat towel and a bottle of water. If you forget, no stress, we’ve got you covered. Both towel hire and bottled water is available for purchase.
- WHAT TO WEAR
Let’s face it. You’re going to sweat. It’s the best part. Make sure you wear comfortable and light clothing. Ladies can wear shorts or tights with a tank top or crop. Guys, shorts and a singlet.
Your first class is complimentary! You will however need to book, which you can do online or by call in. Further session passes can be purchased in studio or online.
- ENJOY THE FACILITIES
Enjoy our spacious change rooms with toilets, showers, hair dryers and everything else you need pre and post session. Spend some time in our retail area or enjoy a refreshing drink/eat at the juice bar.
- WHAT IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY
No worries. Before each session your teacher will ask if anyone has any injuries or if you like tell us before you get in there. Omnia focuses on function, movement and longevity. We’ll ensure you practice safely.
