- HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
We HIIT hard! Our 45-minute workouts include interval cardiovascular routines and strength training utilizing plyo-boxes, TR-X and free weights that are proven to ramp up your metabolism. Don’t fret, our classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
- ARRIVE EARLY
We encourage our new clients to arrive 15 minutes before class. We want to help you settle in and show you around before you begin your class.
- WHAT TO BRING
Hydration is key, bring a water-bottle so you can hydrate during class. You are going to sweat so wear something comfortable and light. Don’t forget your sweat towel!
Your first class is always complimentary, you are however required to register and book your space in the class.
No subscription, no hidden fees, no hassle. You can pay as you go and your never tied into a contract. Class schedule and reservations are all easily accessible online or in the studio.
- ENJOY THE FACILITIES
Enjoy our spacious change rooms with toilets, showers, hair dryers and everything else you need pre and post class. Spend some time in our retail area or enjoy a refreshing drink/eat at the juice bar.
- WHAT IF YOU HAVE AN INJURY
Please make the studio or instructor aware of your injury prior to attending the class. HIIT training requires you to be at the top of your game.
A lack of fitness isn’t an injury and the instructor will ensure you are challenged at your current level of fitness.
